Deezer announced today a revamped experience on its Apple Watch app. The music streaming service now supports offline listening on the Watch, the ability to manage playlists, and more. This comes after the service added HomePod support last week. Previously, the Deezer Apple Watch app only mirrored what the user was listening to on the iPhone. Now, it works as a standalone app, where you can listen to songs with the Flow function, and use offline mode....

AP reports that an LA judge has dismissed a claim by Monster founder and former Beats shareholder that the company tricked him out of his share of the company prior to its acquisition by Apple. Noel Lee had claimed that double-dealing and misrepresentation by Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine cost him a between $30M and $150M. Lee filed the lawsuit back in January of 2015, making two main claims against Beats....

Cover is a rather hefty app for a launch screen – 19 MB – but you don’t need to to do much to get it working. All you need to do it is provide it with the location of your home and that of your place of work (the company assures us that these details will be kept confidential). The app then tries to work out your app using patterns and whenever you switch on the display, Cover displays the apps that it thinks you are most likely to use at your current location and time and displays right on your lock screen....

Criminal UK’s episode 3 has a twist that elevates this section of the series. Netflix continues bringing original films and TV series, and one of its latest releases is Criminal, a police procedural anthology series set across four countries (France, Germany, Spain, UK), with three episodes per country, in local languages.
